Our camps go beyond promoting health and fitness—they’re about teaching essential life lessons while showering kids with love, encouragement, and respect. We’re committed to empowering every participant, helping them build confidence and feel valued. While our camps are open to both boys and girls, we proudly offer a dedicated ALL-GIRLS camp, a testament to our founder Ha Tran’s passion for empowering young girls and helping them recognize their immense worth.

Our motto, "I Help, U Help, We All Help," reflects our mission to inspire young people to see the impact of our camps and encourage them to give back. Whether it’s passing on basketball skills to others or helping a peer who’s struggling in school, we believe in the power of paying it forward. 

We actively encourage past campers to return as volunteers, and we’re proud that more than half of our camp staff are former campers who return year after year to guide and inspire the next generation. Giving back has no limits, and we want every participant to feel the power of kindness—because paying it forward isn’t just important; it’s cool!
