From walking onto the court to leading operations at the highest level, Cedric Clark’s story is defined by hard work, resilience, and a lifelong commitment to teamwork.

Cedric’s connection to HoopItForward's roots goes back to his teenage years in the Pacific Northwest, where he and Co-Founder Ha Tran first met while working as camp counselors for the Seattle Sonics. That shared passion for mentoring youth and using basketball as a tool for growth has kept them connected ever since.

On the court, Cedric’s relentless work ethic took him from a college walk-on to earning a starting role for the Washington State Cougars. He brought that same drive and grit into the business world, starting his career on the retail floor as a store associate in Walmart’s sporting goods department. Through years of dedication and leadership, he rose through the ranks to become the Executive Vice President of Store Operations.

Cedric brings a powerful blend of elite athletic experience, massive operational expertise, and a genuine heart for youth development to the HoopItForward community, inspiring our staff and campers to dream big and work hard.
